Saying that something is fake and it's not it's a dummy bottle demonstration bottle a requesting a refund saying nasty things

They need to open a not as described dispute and once they do then you send a pre paid label for the return

Once you have it back refund through the resolution centre dispute

There is no point in arguing about it as ebay will almost always go with the buyer,

It all has to be done through a dispute for you to get your ebay fees back

It was described properly stating dummy in the listing and the pictures
showed it too
The buyer didn't read it properly it was a dummy bottle with some sort of
liquid in for £15 and the real bottle was for £85

Yes I understand but with ebay if the buyer says not as described then they will go with the buyer
Not fair but ebay will say they do not see the item
Best to deal with it
If you dont and let the buyer escalate then you will pay the ebay fees and a defect
