Buyer withdrew from a purchase but has not cancelled it at their end

I accepted that a buyer withdrew from a purchase but he has not cancelled the purchase at their end. So the item still appears as sold, awaiting payment, etc. I want to delete item but how please?

If you haven't issued a cancellation yet you can do an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction and get your fee refunded.  More info:
