Buyer wants to send courier for a 'Collect only' item. How do I cancel and get my fees back?

Selling a number of collect only items including several wall lights with glass shades. I didn't want the hassle/risk of posting/sending by courier due to the risk of breakage which isn't insured/covered by courier (moving house so don't have time to go to the post office which is several miles away - queues at this time of year will be out of the door). Listed item as 'collect only' in the title and collect only/no postage/couriers in the listing itself - seemed perfectly clear to me.

A buyer has bought and paid for the item and when I asked when he'd like to collect said he was too far away; he'd send a courier - when would I be in for this? I replied that it was a collect only/no courier item as stated in listing, but he has persisted with several emails insistant that he will arrange a courier and email me a label to print which frankly is pushy and irritating. I no longer have a suitable box/packaging and my printer for a label is in storage - I work full time and have no intension of waiting in for a courier for a £4 item.

If I cancel the item under 'buyer requested' he will reject it; if I cancel as 'out of stock' I lose fees (I know they're not huge for a cheap item, but that's not the point; I'll already lose paypal fees in refunding). How do I deal with this manipulative buyer?

just stand your ground over the courier,

tell the buyer you are not willing to package the items or wait in for a courier

you need to chose the 'problem with buyers address' as the reason for the cancellation,

you will get your ebay final value fee refunded but you will have to pay the paypal fees as they don't refund them any more
