Buyer wants refund.

I am a private seller who occasionally just sells unwanted items of my own. I sold a bag to a buyer who'd put an offer in.  Buyer contacts me to say that bag was fine on arrival but on the first day she wore the bag the small leather logo (which was glued on) fell off. Sent photos. Just looks like it needs a good glue back. 
I apologised and suggested that a cobbler would sort this. 
she either wants me to cover cobbler costs to stick it on or a refund. 
where do I stand on this.

She should open a dispute and you send a pre paid label for the return

Once youhave it back then refund in full through the dispute

Of course she wants you to either pay the repair of a refund 

If she is within the 30 days then she can open the dispute

You need to deal with the problem

I would not be sending money for the repair
