Think you mean Seller not Buyer ???
As a Buyer you only have to Pay the Price you won the Item for. Really best to pay Cash for Collection Items. Go and inspect the Item and if happy hand over the Cash. If not you can walk away and the Seller can Cancel the Sale - selecting Buyer Requested Cancellation. Their Seller Fees are then Credited back to their EBay Account.
