I have a buyer, based in China who recently won a number of items from me , he then refused to pay for GSP & sent lots of emails asking me to go outside GSP. I refused and had to cancel all items.
I added him to my blocked list-he then emailed-via ebay to say he now had a UK address for items and could I remove him from blocked list as he was going to purchase many items.
I did this & he has won the items, he provided a UK address and paid-he is now saying that he wants the order to be sent to China and he will send me the China address by email.
I am not prepared to do this and did report this buyer when I had to cancel his previous order but did not receive any feedback from eBay.
What do I do now?
