Are you saying that the tracking number confirms that the buyer collected the item, presumably from the sorting office?
If so, I imagine eBay or PayPal will accept this as evidence of delivery, and find in your favour if the buyer opens a money back guarantee case.
I can only "suppose" this, because I don't remember this situation haven arisen before. Disputed delivery over items the buyer has collected are very rare. EBay's money back guarantee policy states that the item must have been delivered to the buyer's address. If they were out, but later collected it from the sorting office, surely this must qualify?
Maybe someone else here has experience of this.
