Buyer says he has paid but there is nothing in Paypal account

Hi

I have recently sold an item and a gentleman from Poland has bought it. He says he has sent me funds through Paypal and wants to collect but I can't see anything from Paypal or Ebay to say the payment has been made and there is nothing in my Paypal account. Any ideas?

you are on ebays managed payments so the payment won't show in your paypal account

if the buyer has paid it will show on your payments page:-

if it isn't showing there you haven't been paid

if it showing there and your orders page says the item is ready for dispatch you can let them collect
