Had a buyer refuse to accept an order from my courier as they say they didn't order it. In fact it was an A1 canvas and 2 A1 posters. Not something you order by mistake. The order arrived back today 45 days after being sent. The buyer didn't take out a return request. Will eBay have payed me for these by now ?
