Buyer - return label

I bought an item that didn't match description - seller has accepted and paid refund and has advised the have sent me a returns label to return item.

i have gone into purchases and more actions but no returns label - can someone help please

Unless the Seller sends you a Label or the Postage Money you don't have to do anything.

The seller is saying they have sent it but I can’t find it anywhere - then I thought maybe because they refunded money before I returned item, they had made an error

You open case, seller issues label, you return item for full refund. If selelr refunds 1st, ebay close case as they assume seller does not want item back, so label not available. You need to contact seller to ask what they want to do, do not return item unless they pay you 1st.
