I've had a message from eBay to say that the buyer has retracted the winning bid on an item that I've already sent out to them over a week ago, due to unauthorised person using their eBay account What should I do now ? Thank you
As long as you have proof of posting to the address supplied with the Paypal payment then you should be covered by Paypal for any unauthorised use chargeback
