Hi. After some difficulty I have managed to refund two sales recently. Unfortunately they are still showing to dispatch the items!?
One of my niggles is that they are both collection only anyway!?
Initially I could not find a way to cancel the order and make a refund, even asked the buyers to ask to cancel from their ends, but they also could not find a way. I eventually found I could refund the sales in my PayPal activity. However I tend to use my iPa also for my PayPal and found it was seemingly not possible in the app. I found the way to refund by accessing PayPal via safari. I also accessed my eBay account via eBay uk instead of the app and it noted that I had made the refunds! I am baffled (not for the first time) I am wondering if I will be paying fees for these transactions. Why does this happen? And most frustratingly why can't I ask these straight forward questions in an email to eBay!? Will this automatically sort itself out. Thanks.
