Buyer promised refund after leaving negative feedback after sending him emails , messages if I changed my feedback which I did - no refund received I have it in writing as proof . Can you help
You have been taken for a mug. Sellers who offer bribes to change feedback are highly unlikely to honour this!
Why did you want a refund anyway? If your item was faulty or not as described you only needed to use eBay's money back guarantee. If the item was delivered within the last 30 days you can still do so; the feedback won't matter.
To learn about eBay's money back guarantee, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/.
Sending repeated messages is not the way to solve a problem with a transaction.
The best way to draw the attention of the seller to your issue is to complete a case in the Resolution Centre.
Receiving a refund and starting again is better than receiving a replacement as if the replacement is also faulty you will not be covered by the eBay MBG.
You should have resolved your issue before you left feedback.
Positive feedback cannot be changed.
