I have a buyer who has paid for an item but not collected. I have tried on numerous occasions to arrange collection but just keep getting excuses. I have emailed the customer to advise i will now issue a full refund due to lack of communication. Please can anyone help with how i do this?
Do i cancel the order on ebay first - then refund via paypal? I am abit concerned that if i do it this way ebay will also refund the customer and they will get the money twice.
Anyone know how it works please?

Issue a cancellation on ebay then the refund is issued automatically. Use the reason " Something wrong with buyer's address", it's the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect.
