Buyer paid and collected the item, now claiming it never happened

I made a sale on ebay, the buyer chose pick up as the delivery option, Ive just received a message claiming it was not him who picked it up and he never did this? Please help

Is it the Macbook?  How did they Pay?  You should have asked for Cash or Bank Transfer on Collection and Unticked the immediate Payment Option and then Selected the "Other Payments Offer."

You have no proof of Delivery. You should have at least got them to Sign a copy of the Order Page and got their Car Registration Number.

I took a picture of him as he left. He tried to pick it up and I said I'm not giving it till he paid and then he instantly paid through eBay. I didn't think anything was suspicious about that until now. I havnt used collection usually on eBay so I thought this was normal
