A buyer has opened a case against me for an item not received, Ive sent them the tracking number and it clearly shows that it been delivered on 3 seperate occasions but there has been no one there to collect it. What can I do as its not my fault.
You must put the tracking on the item in your sold section
You should do that as soon as you post the item
If it does not say Delivered then you will have to refund
It is not your fault but that is ebay policy we sign up to
If you put a return address on the item then it should be returned to you
