Buyer not sent item then relisted for more money

I bought an item on eBay and the seller wouldn't send it to me as they said it didn't sell for enough. They relisted it for more money. My question is, if I buy it for more money and they actually send it can I get a refund on the higher amount?

If they are not replying or refunding you must open a case in the resolution centre for item not received 1 day after the expected delivery date and escalate the case to eBay after 3 days if still no response.

Can you tell me why I can’t buy it again and mark the one bought most recently as not received?

s has been said you can get a refund of the original item thats all,the seller cannot be forced to send it.You may purchase the relisted item at the higher price (if allowed to buy)but cannot force the seller to accept a lower price.if the seller uses tracking the second item will show as delivered and you would lose any claim.

You can only get a refund for what you did not receive. Why ever would you want to pay more, bad seller, bad service so you want to give him more money. Did you pay? Have you been refunded?

There is no guarantee that it will even sell, many sellers have inflated ideas of value, but are foolish enough to list at a low price.

LEAVE NEGATIVE feedback, just say seller refused to honour the sale, that is the way to teach him a leesson.

because you can't, the seller cancelled the first purchase,

if you buy it again it will be at whatever price it goes for,

you can't make the seller honour the earlier price

if the seller hasn't refunded you, go to the Resolution Centre and open an item not received case to get your money back

DON'T bid on the relisted item until you get a refund for the first purchase
