Hi, my buyer claimed the item was damaged when it arrived. I offered a full refund and asked them to send it back. They have refused to and opened a case with ebay. I sent a returns label 25th May but item still not received/posted and my payment still on hold. Any advice?
My advice, do nothing.
If the buyer doesn't return the item you wont be charged for the label and the case will time out and close and the hold on your payment removed.
