Sold an item (collection only), buyer paid, funds cleared but buyer hasn't replied to two requests to arrange collection?
All you can do now is to set a time limit say 7 days and if still not collected, cancel the sale using problem with buyers address as the reason. That shoud refund the buyer and the only cost to you should be the 30p Fixed fee.
Collection Items should be cash on Collection, that would solve this sort of problem.If they didn't arrange to collect you could cancel after 4 days as a Non Payer.
