Is there any way to leave anything other than positive feedback for buyers? It seems particularly unfair when sellers are subject to the whims of just about anyone, that these seems no way to warn other sellers that a bidder (auction winner) is as flaky as fifty year old paint!
I've recently 'sold' two separate items to two separate bidders who then just blanked me. Nothing I did elicited a response & I appear unable to leave anything but positive feedback, regardless of what I might actually say in my comments.
Cheers, Phil.
the option for sellers to leave negative feedback was removed over 10 years ago!!
ebay removed the option for sellers and introduced non payment strikes instead,
these work really well if sellers do it properly,
when you have a non payer you need to complete a non payment case to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/unpaid-items.html
then add the non payers ID to your blocked list
http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin
then set you bidder requirements to block bidders with two or more non payment strikes in the last 12 months
http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
once a non payment case has been completed the non payer cannot leave the seller any feedback and any negative feedback they might have left before the case was completed, is removed.
