Buyer left feedback saying she loved item ,week later now claims it wasn’t received

Hi,need advice regarding a buyer who bought an item ,then left feedback saying they loved it ,going in to detail that applied only to that item. A week later they contact me to say they haven’t  received the item.I replied thinking they’d got the wrong seller but no apparently they left feedback for me by mistake .The tracking isn’t showing the item as delivered either.

eBay will go by the tracking.  Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case and refund from there.    Or you can ask them to wait a bit longer if they're willing.  You can put in a claim for compensation to Royal Mail/courier for yourself.
