Hi I have a potential buyer for an item I am selling. They want to come and view it in the next couple of days with potential to buy there and then! Am I able to put a hold on my listing until they have viewed?

To be honest,  I would say they are welcome to come and see the item in a few days,  if it is still available, and has not been sold. Leave the listing as it is.

Then,  if they like it, they must buy it from your listing,  first,  and then they can pay cash.  This way ebay get their fees,  and you save yourself paying any Paypal fees,  as their services would not have been used to process the payment.
