Hi, just need some advice. I recently sold an item on eBay. It was in full working order with no damage. I parcelled it very well ie used strong appropriate cardboard box with item well wrapped and secured with bubblewrap etc. The buyer on receipt of the item then msg’d me saying that the item was damaged and also was not working which greatly surprised me. She attached a foto of the small damage saying that it looked like it occurred during transit. She did not request or demand a refund which I thought strange only it was for my reference. I immediately replied on the same day saying I was surprised that the item was not working and had some damage. I asked her what condition the box was in when she got it but she did not reply or respond and I have heard nothing since, even from eBay, as I thought maybe she would instigate a case thru them. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from anybody.Can anyone advise what my rites are or what I should do. Thanks
