A buyer bought a large item. The advert specified that I wanted cash on collection. The buyer made no contact with me, failed to respond to my communication and therefore I cancelled the order. I have just received an email from ebay to say the item has been relisted and my buyer refunded! No money has gone out of my bank account but I am concerned that this buyer will receive a "refund" in spite of not paying me any money in the first place. Please help! I cannot find a way to contact Ebay direct and I'm worried as this item cost £100!
