I left feedback on one account meant for another, how do I remove it?

You cant change positive green feedback

Both those buyers could report it too ebay and get it removed and you would get a black mark on your account

Sellers are not allowed to leave a negative comment on a positive dot

If you had a non payer then you wait 4 full days and then it can be cancelled and the non payer gets a strike.

That is better than any feedback

Hi 

If you are referring to your postive feedback saying the buyer did not pay.........sellers are not allowed to do this.   You are not allowed to leave a negative comment on a positive.   Instead you are supposed to open a non payment case, and subsequently give the buyer a non payment strike.  You cannot remove this feedback and all you have done is boosted the non payers feedback 😞 

Most sellers block bids from anyone with two non payment strikes in the previous 12 months.    

Go to help and contact and search buyer requirements.   Add non payers to your block list etc
