My buyer has been giving me hassle, and claiming the item as faulty dishonesty. Thet buyer does not responds to my messages. In the meantime i have accepted the return, however i have genuine concerns of the intentions of the buyer. How am i protected by Ebay.
They dont have to respond.
If they opened a dispute then it is all done through the dispute
If the opened a not as described then you send a pre paid label for the return and once you have it back then
you refund through the dispute
Ebay will almost always go with the buyer and if you dont deal with it and allow ebay to step in then you will pay the fees and a defect and possible neg feedback
Sellers are not protected by ebay
