Buyer falsely claiming item description different

Hi

How can I stop a buyer getting a refund when they have falsely stated the reason 'not as described' just to get a refund, how can I stop this?

I tried to call eBay but there is no number.

You can't stop it, grit your teeth and provide them with a paid for returns label so that they can return for a refund.  Resistance is futile.
