Buyer collecting

How do l always get the buyers who mess me about on collections! Yet another one who hasn't turned up as promised and doesn't answer their phone. I sense a cancellation coming now that l have lost 5 people watching.  Or did they just want an address for criminal reasons??

Why would they need your  particualr address for criminal reasons ?

Whilst incredibly annoying,  there is no sinister reason for a buyer not turning up,  so it's a cancellation order after 4 days,  if they don't.
