Buyer collected without PIN code

Hi There 

help needed 

Buyer collected the item but didn't have the barcode/ or PIN number 

Now my eBay is showing still as not collected? 
please advise how to get this item off my page as it was collected successfully

You may still be able to mark the item as "Paid and Collected" in the “More Actions” dropdown menu next to the item in your “Sold” list.

You may need to use a laptop/PC, not the app.
