Buyer codes

The buyer code system has been an unmitigated waste of time so far. 3 purchasers have turned up to collect; none had the QR code or 6 digit number with them. Having asked, none have since supplied their code.  What was wrong with 'mark as despatched' in the app. How do I tag items as despatched?

it's a disaster, as you say, they don't work

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
