Buyer closed return by accident

My buyer closed their return case before they've returned the item. They're new to eBay and did this by acct. I hadn't yet provided a return label

They cannot open another with eBay.

Advise them to open one with Paypal,  there they have to pay for the return postage,  you can send them the money to cover this separately,  through a Friends & Family payment in Paypal.
