Buyer claiming item not as described to get a refund

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. If there is an active working uk customer support number that would be help enough. 

I have a buyer who is claiming an item is not as described  in order to get return request through. Item exactly as described with labels etc plenty of photos and sizing is accurate in real life. Because it doesn't fit them they are claiming not as described.  Not sure there is much I can do about it.  Its the fact that they have lied about it and claim that I have misled them that bothers me.

Ebay cases are automated, if buyer says SNAD, ebay believe them.

Accept case, issue returns label & refund in full on return.

If you refuse or ignore case, ebay refund buyer with your money & they keep item.

After refunding, you can use the "Report buyer" link on your feedback page.
