Business Account creation

I've started to create a EBAY account for my Business (a Ltd Company) and under the Personal information and Privacy settings. I get into the Personal info panel where it identifies account type as Individual. When I try to edit it I get a confirm button below the text "Upgrading to a Business account requires you to update your account details." When I press it I get "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I've left it three days and it still does it !
Are there some account details hidden somewhere I need to fill out (if there are I'm failing to find them).
Any ideas how to proceed ?

you chose the wrong option when creating the account

on the sign up page you get the choice of business or personal

you chose the wrong one

you need to list an item before you can change to a business account
