Bulk Listings

Seeing as ebay's 'Email Us' option has been broken for days (for me, at any rate) I thought I'd reach out via the forums to see if anyone could help.

I am looking for a bit of help with the bulk listing process.

I have 200 items to list within the Music > Records category, as well as items to list within Collectables > Animation Collectables > Japanese Anime Collectables > DragonBall Z ...and others.

 Listing each of these items one by one will be extremely laborious and time consuming. After checking out your help articles I learnt about the File Exchange process where you download and populate the relevent CSV template with your bulk listings, and then upload it.

 Unfortunately, I'm struggling with the process! This is disappointing since I have a strong background in IT and even spent 3 years in an Ecommerce environment where a big part of my role was bulk uploading products to our Ecommerce Platform using CSV and XML templates not dissimilar to your own! I must be loosing my touch....

I have downloaded all of the resources and guides available at https://pages.ebay.co.uk/file_exchange/instructionsandresources.html?id=  I'm working my way through these but, to be honest, they're a bit of a chore to read! 

Part of me feels that the process is so laborious and difficult to use that I may as well just list everything one by one since amount of time I'll spend on getting it working will, at this rate, take longer than listing stuff one by one!

Things are further complicated by the fact that I use listing templates for all my listings, which contains HTML. These are NOT to be confused with the CSV upload files - I created these within the Seller Manager Hub. And I really don't know how that would work in conjuction with the bulk upload templates.

So....I'm hoping you can help with the following:

1) Could you confirm which template I should use for listing several items within the same category?

2) Is it possible for you to send me an example of a correctly filled out template? Dummy data is fine. This would REALLY help me.

3) How do my listing template integrate with the bulk listing process - if at all? Could you point me towards the relevant help article?

4) Are you able to supply any videos or any further help that I'd be able to use in conjunction with all of the Instructions and Resources available at https://pages.ebay.co.uk/file_exchange/instructionsandresources.html?id=0

I hope all of this makes sense....and I'd really appreciate any advice or help you can offer.....
