Hi, I appear to be being a victim of a brushing scam. In the last week I have had 3 parcels delivered to me and my address that I have not ordered. There is no invoice slip and there is an eBay reference. I am trying to get hold of eBay customer support but no one is ringing me and the number on the website is incorrect

You should be able to get live chat or a call back
There is no way to phone Ebay at the minute and there has not been for weeks/months because of Covid and the CS operatives are basically working from home.
