Brought a sofa in February now cushion is going down like springs have gone

I brought a sofa new from company on eBay in February it was delivered paid £899 now the cushions are dipping down, I have messaged them since 13th may and not getting no where. What else can I do to get this sorted out.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.

Hi thanks for the reply it was a business in UK. No warranty on selling site only refund within 14 days with a phone number and no address

As said. Contact Citzens advice if they are a business. You may have rights under UK law. Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are over and above any rights you have in the UK
