Broken link issue on already opened case.

I've recently opened a case for an item that hasn't arrived. The seller is ignoring my pleas so I thought to contact them through eBays resolution centre but the link I an supposed to use to send eBay case messages is broken & is saying:
Oops, we seem to be having technical problems. But the link has been like this for days now & I have no way of contacting the seller ~ this issue won't repair itself & last time this occurred I lost the case & all my money because I couldn't respond because the same eBay link was broken!
Please can somebody help solve this error?

Forget trying to contact the seller. Eight days after opening the case the option to escalate it for eBay to step in will appear? Has it done so, and have you escalated it?

 

If so, why do you still want to contact the seller? The process from here on is automatic.

 

If eight days hasn't passed yet, wait until it does, then escalate the case. If it's already past eight days and you can't escalate it you will have to phone eBay customer support.
