I bought a fitpro watch that doesnt work properly, I dont want the hassle of returning it as it would cost me more in time and money that I paid for it. I left negative feedback and the company keep pestering me to remove it, even bribeing me' How do I get them to stop pestering me? I have messaged ebay but no response.
Ignore feedback bribery, sellers in China try it all the time. If you changed the feedback, it's unlikely that you would get the promised bribe anyway.
What was the item location, as stated in the listing?
If it was in the UK, if you use eBay's money back guarantee it won't cost you anything to return it. EBay would require the seller to send you a pre-paid return label.
The time limit to open a case through the resolution centre is 30 days from the latest estimated or actual date of delivery.
Far East? There's little you can do. Simply ignore them; they will stop eventually. If you did revise the feedback the "bribe" would never show up ...
