Does anyone know????
I have recently been sent a bill and i wanted a breakdown of the fees charged individually per item and not as a total, which is as far as i can tell is the only way they give it you.
you can get an individual breakdown of the fees that they have saved you on promotional offers per item, so why not on what you have been charged.
If anyone can help i would be greatful
Hi, thanks for the reply.
I have done all of that, it does not breakdown the total fee charged. Its just a total for the month. As i only listed 12 to 15 items all listed under the promo of final valuation fee £1 with no listings fees and the items were listed within the alloted time given i fail to see how i can be charged 3 times the amount for each item.
Many thanks
Only the insertion of the basic listing is free
when the item sells you are charged a 10% final value fee on the item price and the P&P paid
Also, if you add extras to your basic listings, such as buy it now, a reserve, a subtitle, or gallery plus you will incur fees which are payable even if the item doesn't sell. These fees are shown on the listing form, before you click 'list with displayed fees'
if you list during an 'offer' the offer is only valid for the first listing cycle, when the item auto relists the fees revert to the normal 10%
go to:-
my ebay >>> account tab >>> seller account >>> invoices
to see a break down of the ebay fees you have been charged.
once you have selected the correct invoice you need to scroll down to see the complete break down
On the invoice if you go to the top and click "Printer Friendly" and then scroll down you will see full details.
Did you accept the offers? Only items listed after acceptance qualify. If where it says USED/UNUSED you click on the numbers it will tell you the item numbers included in the offer.
You can see expired offers at the foot of the Offers section.
To see a breakdown of fees go to Account tab >> Seller Account >> Invoices, or there there is a link further down, All Selling Activity.
Read the T & C's of the promo in question, you will find it archived, remember to also qualify , after accepting the offer, the items have to be listed during the promo period, not just sold within the period.
