Box arrived empty

Looking for advice. Difficult to find help from ebay. The box arrived, felt a bit light, I opened it and it was empty.

I messaged the seller and they said they will contact Ebay, Hermes and Argos where I sent the parcel to. I'm unsure if they are actually doing this or not.

I actually saw them repost the product with the same description. I haven't mentioned to the seller that I have seen it. They are telling me they are sorting it out but I want ebay to step in on my behalf instead of theirs. Just so I can be assured.

Can anyone help. I have followed the "Get us to step in" but it doesn't work.

I hope you opened a "not as described" case.   A "not received" one will not work as the tracking will show delivery of the box.   You will be able to escalate the case to ebay 3 working days after you started it.
