Bought futon was delivered and paid in cash. Have since found futon bed is faulty.

I bought a sofa bed futon on ebay and buyer delivered in bits. I have since discovered that the futon is not useable as latch is bent and futon is torn under the main cover. Altogether I feel very mislead and have contacted seller. He has agreed to collect but as I paid cash this wont be covered by ebay or paypal. Any suggestions?

Sorry but any dispute is now between you and your seller, ebay will not get involved with cash sales.
