EBay is an excellent medioum for buying items. If - when delivered - the items are not as you wish then open a "Not as described case" in the resolution centre. The seller will [must] send you a label to return and will refund. If he does not then escalate the acse to eBay after 3 full business days.
If not delivered then open a non-receipt case
I must emphasise that you have to open a case; just discussing or agreeing something with the seller will not do.
If the problem is otherwise we are not mindreaders so tell us your beef
