i bought a dvd from America and it was being delivered through GSP. Then notified that Hermes would be deliviering it this side. Problem is the local courier will not deliver because we have a half mile farm track (which by the way is no problem for anyone else but Hermes), always comes out with some excuse, no one home, no access, no where to leave it. I did tell the seller that there would be a problem and they said nothing to do with them contact GSP. Tried the link they gave me and said it was not available. Anyway living in hope i decided to wait until it arrived over here, arrived yesterday and today guess what - they said they could not gain access at 12.19, funny thing was that the postman gained access and another delivery plus my next door neighbour went out and came back, no problems with access. Anyway question is what is the next best move when they do not deliver at all, just claim non delivery as normal or is there something different because it is through GSP?
