Blocking buyers

Hello

Just looking for a bit of advice. I have recently started selling on ebay. I just wanted to know that if you block someone from buying from you, does this also block their ability to send messages to you. I'll not go into the full details but the buyer wants to return an item and I was fine with that. However after they bought the first item, I started to get a bad feeling and I was right. Things sharp started to go wrong. I am currently in contact with them regarding the return but I would like to save myself further hassle and prevent them from buying anything else from me. I realise that they most likely will not but I wouldn't put it past them.

Everything was going fine until this point but I expected a problem at some point and did everything to make sure to each sale went well. You can't win them all eh?

Any advice would be appreciated.

.Click on the "Account tab" >"Site preferences" > "Seller preferences" > "Buyer requirements" and then click on "Show" from the right handside and save.
