A customer bought a pair of shoes a month ago after a week of posting them she said she hadn’t received them. I waited a couple of more days to see if they were delivered but no luck so I refunded the lady.. Today I have just received the parcel from Royal Mail stating that they had tried to deliver the parcel 3 times with no answer so they left a card to tell the lady that they needed collecting from post office but she never turned up so they returned parcel to me. As I refunded her the money can I now relist them and also block her from buying any more of my items?
