Blocked by Paypal for paying for an item

Hi, iv'e bought an item & want to pay for it but i keep getting a message that the

seller is not recieving payments so can't pay for it. Have tried contacting seller but

no response & i keep getting reminders from ebay to pay for item. My own account

is OK as iv'e bought other items after this one.  How to resolve? For me it would be

best for purchase to be cancelled but again i need sellers approval.

The Seller has a Problem with their PayPal Account. Is not you.

Thanks for that. How do i stop Ebay harassing me to pay for item?

Contact Ebay from Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Type in "Advanced Search" that should bring up a Phone Link for Ebay to Call you back. Live Chat should also be available.
