Blocked buyers

Can a blocked buyer write a message to me, please?

Tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of this:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

That means they won't get the contact link via your listings.  But if you've been in a recent transaction with them they can contact other ways.   If someone is upsetting you report them to ebay.
