Blank page when trying to report item hasn’t ararrived

Hi ,

im am trying to report an item that hasn't arrived on both the app and website however I can't get past a blank screen after you click on the item in question . I am unable to post a picture as it is blocked.

any assistance is appreciated.

Wy do you need to send a picture? Who wants a picture?

Go to your Purchase section of MyEbay. On the right side of the page MORE ACTIONS,select Item Not Receibed and open aNot Received case.Seller then has 3 days to refund, unless he has tracking showing delivered. 

If no refund or item then escalate the case to ebay.
