Blackout curtains

purchased blackout curtains that do not block out the light .

They are advertised as blackout in the specs of the item , however further down in listing they are described as only blocking sunlight .

Blackout as the word suggests allows no light .

Seller refuses to pay for return of item that i have requested be returned as not as described.

Customer service put case on hold and said they would issue a determination by today , over a week later . Still not heard from them and still waiting refund.

Any ideas as to who is liable for return postage ?

If eBay decide in your favour (and they normally side with the buyer) they will require the seller to issue a return postage label for you to print out and use.
