I tried to contact the seller but didn't get a respobd I need to cancelled the deal as my mum died at the weekend and the gas board say hit a bill to pay wat I forgot about so I carnt afford the phone to am sorry pls don't suspended my account with u

You had a similar problem earlier in the month but that time it was with an iPhone and an electricity bill.
It is the seller's decision as to whether or not they agree to cancel the sale or open an unpaid item case.
Not sure why you think ebay would suspend your account unless you have been over using their money back guarantee.
Perhaps if you didn't place bids on so many phones all at the same time you wouldn't win auctions you cannot afford.
